Matt Ruby is a New York City-based comedian recognized for his sharp and dark humor, described as "button-pushing" and "funny" by The New York Times. His work has been featured on platforms such as Comedy Central, MTV, NBC/Seeso, and FOX. Ruby has released multiple stand-up specials, including "Bolo" and "Feels Like Matt Ruby," with his albums receiving regular airplay on SiriusXM and reaching the top 10 on the iTunes Comedy charts. He is a regular performer at the Comedy Cellar and co-produces "Hot Soup," one of NYC's longest-running independent comedy shows. Beyond stand-up, Ruby authors newsletters like "The Rubesletter" and hosts the podcast "Kind of a Lot with Matt Ruby." He also created and starred in "Vooza," a satirical web series about the tech world. Additionally, Ruby co-authored the New York Times bestseller "REWORK" and was the frontman of the indie rock band Plastics Hi-Fi.
