Trae Crowder

​Trae Crowder is an American comedian and writer, best known for his "Liberal Redneck" persona, which gained widespread attention through viral videos in 2016. Born in rural Celina, Tennessee, Crowder earned degrees in psychology and business administration from Tennessee Technological University before transitioning to comedy. He co-authored "The Liberal Redneck Manifesto: Draggin' Dixie Outta the Dark" and "Round Here and Over Yonder: A Front-Porch Travel Guide by Two Progressive Hillbillies (Yes, That's a Thing)." Crowder has appeared on platforms like HBO's "Real Time with Bill Maher" and co-hosts the "WellRED," "Evening Skews," and "Puttin' On Airs" podcasts. His latest stand-up special, "Trash Daddy," was released on March 13, 2025
